Education UMOS provides basic education to academically and economically disadvantaged adults and youth who desire to progress through life by improving their basic education level. Improved education enhances employment opportunities. Education services are provided through the two UMOS One Stop Job Centers, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Significant educational services were provided to W-2, WIA-167 and WIA participants, as well as other under-served youths and adults.
