Founded in 1952, United Cerebral Palsy of Southern Arizona is a nonprofit agency that provides home-based services for individuals with disabilities and the elderly. Located in Tucson, Ariz., it provides services, such as personal care, hygiene, cooking and other household chores. The agency also provides behavioral services, behavioral training, music therapy, person centered planning and various habilitation services, including independent living. It is engaged in offering community outreach, information and referral to families throughout southern Arizona.
