Not all radiologic equipment and the technologists who perform the procedures meet the high standards that United Regional's radiology department has achieved. Our digital mammography unit, stereotactic biopsy unit, MRI, Nuclear Medicine and CT scanners are accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR). And we have the only CT scan in the region certified by the ACR for pediatric scanning.
Outpatient diagnostic imaging is located on the first floor of the Bridwell Tower, and offers services Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
