The University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, located in Oklahoma City, offers a range of subjects for students. The college comprises five basic science departments, 16 clinical science departments in Oklahoma City and six clinical science departments at the College of Medicine in Tulsa, Okla. Additionally, there are more than 50 separately accredited programs in graduate medical education under college direction. The students also have access to the clinical, laboratory and teaching facilities of the Oklahoma University Medical Center and the Veterans Administration Medical Center. They also have access to affiliated hospitals in Oklahoma City, three major teaching hospitals in Tulsa and various affiliated hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities at other locations in Oklahoma.
