University Courtyard offers student living at its finest. Located on 33 acres, UC is the largest student property in Lubbock, TX. We offer 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, and 4 bedroom apartments. All units are fully furnished, including a 30" flat screen TV and a full-size washer and dryer. The 24-hour clubhouse has 2 fitness centers, 2 computer labs, 2 stand-up tanning beds, a movie theatre, and much more. On property we have 2 resort-style pools, 2 sand volleyball courts, a full-size basketball court, grilling areas, a dog park, and last but not least, a private lake with a 1/3 of a mile jogging track.
