University Surgical Associates provides general, pediatric, thoracic, transplant and vascular surgical and critical care to patients in southeastern New England. It offers a wide range of medical services, such as trauma and critical care, colorectal surgery, surgical nutrition, general surgery, minimally invasive surgery, breast and endocrine surgery, oncology surgery and gastric bypass. It also provides vascular surgery, transplant surgery, surgical oncology, dialysis access surgery, endoscopyl laparoscopy, pediatric surgery, and pancreatic and hepatobiliary surgery. It provides services through various hospitals, including Miriam Hospital, Roger Williams Hospital, Women and Infants Hospital, Fatima Hospital, Newport Hospital, Pawtucket Memorial Hospital and Landmark Medical Center. The surgical members of the University Surgical Associates are on the teaching staff of Brown Medical School and are board certified by the American Board of Surgery.
