Founded in 1943, Uno Chicago Grill is a full-service restaurant. Based in Boston, Mass., it offers a complete casual dining menu, consisting of seafood, burgers and steaks, pasta dishes, appetizers and desserts, to name a few. The restaurant also serves signature Chicago original deep dish pizzas and all-natural crust flatbread pizzas. It operates more than 160 restaurants located in 24 states nationwide, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and other countries. In 2008, Health Magazine named Uno Chicago Grill "The Healthiest Chain Restaurant in America".
