Upstream Brewing is a restaurant that servers handcrafted house beers and American pub fare menu and is located in Omaha, Neb. Opening in 1996, its house beers include Gold Coast Blonde, American Wheat and Blackstone Stout; a variety of seasonal beers, such as its California Common and Irish Red Ale; root beers; beer blends including barrel-aged ales and Belgian-style ales, aged in oak barrels for up to one year then hand bottled. It also serves wine and cocktails including merlot, cosmopolitan and aged scotch. Its menu includes Omaha beefsteak, seafood flown in daily, sandwiches and a wide variety of appetizers. It also makes arrangements for private party bookings, for a rehearsal dinner, birthday party or business lunch.
