Cooperative Extension Service is governed by the Division of Agriculture, which is administered by the University of Arkansas. It operates through administration, animal science, biological and agricultural engineering, entomology, and family and consumer sciences departments. Cooperative Extension Service administers the 4-H program, which provides informal education services to youths and adults.
