If for some reason YOU have a disagreement with ONE of OUR contractors. Then YOU simply contact US and We'll attempt to mediate. If the result of the mediation is NOT satisfactory to both parties. We will USE OUR judgement to decide whether or NOT the dispute is worth a "strike" on that Contractor's record. If a contractor RECIEVES 3 strikes. The contractor will BE banned from OUR WEBSITE AS we take pride in having only the most reputable contractors on OUR list.
