Valley Mental Health is a private, nonprofit agency, contracting with Salt Lake, Summit and Tooele Counties, as well as with the state of Utah to provide mental health services. It offers a variety of adult services, such as psycho-social rehabilitation, in-home skills, case management, outpatient, intensive treatment and correctional. It also offers various employment and recovery services that include computer education program, employment personal assistance service, employment benefit specialist, alliance house and youth transitional services. In addition, it provides intensive outpatient hospitalization program designed to serve seniors through treatment modalities that include medication evaluation and management, community resource referral, and group and family therapy. Valley Mental Health is located in Salt Lake City.
