Vapor Blast Manufacturing Company was founded in 1941 when it introduced the Liquid Honing Abrasive Blasting System. Liquid Honing is the original "Wet Blast" process, developed for precision surface finishing. It uses abrasives ( 40 mesh to 5000 mesh ) suspended in water and forced at high velocity with compressed air through special nozzles against the surfaces to be treated.
