Vee-Jay Cement Contracting Company, Inc. was founded in 1958 in Saint Louis, MO. Ceaser Vitale and John Polizzi partnered together to form the company, and began their start to concrete work with small residential projects. With time and dedication, we quickly branched out into light commercial projects. As th e company developed a reputation for hard work, quality, and customer satisfaction, the size of the company increased dramatically. Before long, the company quickly evolved to finishing industrial floors, high-rise structures, parking garages and other large concrete structures.
