After many years of experience with other Consulting Engineering firms, Richard A. Verbeke and David L. Meyer established the firm of Verbeke-Meyer Consulting Engineers, P.C. in 1976 to provide civil engineering and land surveying services to the Quad City area and the surrounding communities. Jonathan D. White joined the firm in 1990 and became a principal in 2008 when Mr. Verbeke retired. The firm has been a leader in design and development of major residential, commercial, and institutional projects. The firm also provides municipal engineering services to the various communities within the Quad City service area. The municipal engineering projects include street pavements, district sanitary sewer extensions, water distribution systems, pumping stations, and various engineering studies. Throughout the firm's existence, we have employed and developed experienced professional and technical personnel that are highly trained in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, Construction Surveying, CAD Drafting, and Construction Contract Administration.
