Dr. William H. Frazier is a distinguished graduate of Yale University School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency in general surgery, followed by a residency in plastic surgery, all at Yale-New Haven Hospital, New Haven, Ct.
Dr. Frazier is certified by The American Board of Surgery, and The American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a member of American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) and multiple other professional societies.
Dr. Frazier specializes in liposuction, breast enhancement and reconstruction surgeries, skin cancer removal and reconstruction, and laser treatments for skin imperfections and tattoo removal. Dr. Frazier is a licensed risk manager and performs peer review in judicial cases.
Katya Huseva Bailor, MD, completed five years of training and board certification for plastic, cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries of the face and neck. She is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. She has done pro bono work for the Face to Face program, repairing facial deformaties in third world countries including Moldovia. In 2012 she presented a paper at the International Federation of Facial Plastic Surgery Societies (IFFPSS) meeting in Rome, Italy.
