Victory Boulevard Elementary School is a learning center that is governed by the Los Angeles Unified School District, which serves more than 694,200 students through various elementary, middle and high schools. Established in 1929, the school educates over 1,700 students in grades one through five. It provides education in English, social science, mathematics and science. Victory Boulevard Elementary School also offers Title 1, English as a Second Language, gifted and talented and special education programs. The school operates a parent-teacher-student association and school advisory council. Its facilities include a playground, library and media center.
