Since its inception in 1941, Visalia Medical Clinic has remained committed to maintaining its position as a premier provider of affordable, accessible, and comprehensive medical care for the residents of Visalia and the surrounding communities. The clinic was originally a 4,000 square foot brick structure, built to accommodate four physicians, a laboratory and X-ray, and of course a business office. By 1952 the clinic was functioning as a three-man partnership with five employed physicians. There existed departments of surgery, general practice, internal medicine-psychiatry, and OB-gynecology, along with physiotherapy, laboratory, and X-ray departments. Visalia, Calif. has grow at an astounding rate, bringing more business and people to the area. The goal at Visalia Medical Clinic was to continue to grow and evolve its services to meet the health care needs of its patients and the community.
