Visionary Enterprises is a subsidiary of Community Health Network. Visionary Enterprises develops and provides management services for joint ventures that involve Community Health Network and its physicians. The company began its work with Indiana Surgery Centers. Visionary Enterprises develops and manages ambulatory surgery, endoscopy and imaging center both in central Indiana and surrounding stations. In addition to its core business of developing and managing surgery centers, Visionary Enterprises also includes a physician practice management company, IMM, and VEI Real Estate, which owns and manages multiple Community Health Network professional buildings and other real estate. Visionary Enterprises also manages the retail pharmacies and many Community Health Network hospital locations. Visionary Enterprises is based in Indianapolis.
