Based in Stuart, Fla., Visiting Nurse Association of Florida is one of the largest nursing associations in the state. Established in 1976, it is a nonprofit organization providing home and community-based health care. The association provides a wide range of home health care services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It has trained caregivers and nursing professionals to serve the patients.
