Washtenaw Community College serves more than 29,000 students from over 100 counties annually. The college spreads across an area of nearly 280 acres. It provides a range of educational programs at certificate and degree levels. Washtenaw Community College has several sports clubs that provide baseball, basketball, cross country, hockey, golf, soccer, softball and volleyball opportunities. The college conducts classes in accounting, animation, advanced manufacturing, banking, broadcast arts, computer programming, criminal justice and industrial training. It also offers instruction in journalism, nursing, radiology, technical writing and welding. Washtenaw Community College operates dance, anime, poetry, physics and drama clubs. The college offers financial aids, as well as operates a library.
