Waverly Middle School offers educational and extracurricular programs for children from grades six through eight. Located in Lansing, Mich., it is a part of the Waverly Community Schools. The school features a state-of-the-art computer and science laboratory, technology-based library and media center, and enclosed and open playgrounds. Its curriculum includes mathematics, English, science, foreign languages, history, geography, economics, physical and health education, music, and arts and crafts. The school regularly organizes a range events and activities, such as musical concerts, basketball game, field day, knowledge bowl, scholastic scrimmage, state fine arts and academic competitions, band and choir concerts, and National Honor Society. Waverly Middle School provides several sports programs, including girl s and boy s basketball, cheerleading, baseball, tennis, badminton, swimming, soccer and softball.
