Mike Pittman has been in the roofing industry for over 10 years. WeatherGuard Roofing, LLC has multiple crews working mainly in Salt Lake and Summit Counties. We will travel beyond these areas for certain jobs.
Our crews are qualified / trained to install virtually every roofing system on the market including but not limited to: asphalt shingles, metal roofing, single ply membranes (flat roofs), tile, shakes, and slate, facia/soffit, gutter, and roof conversions. We are a mid-sized company with approximately 25 installers and 3 members of management.

WeatherGuard Roofing, LLC is founded on two principles:
1. Profit sharing /bonuses with the employees; by providing the laborers with bonuses for quality (not speed) we maintain a higher standard. By providing key management with partial ownership of the company we are able to focus on the long term health of the company and satisfaction of our customers.
2. Providing customers with the best value possible. We are dedicated to providing the best value in the industry. To us providing the best value does not mean the lowest price. It means superior service at a below average price. To ensure this we have an owner supervise every job personally.
