About Baby Parenting Education and Support: Welcome Baby strives to answer the many child development and infant care questions parents have during their children's first years. We offer weekly classes on a variety of parenting topics. We also distribute developmental guides, offer telephone support to parents of newborns, have a discussion group for parents of newborns, maintain a lending library of books and videos, and our staff is available to discuss your individual parenting concerns.
