Currently, father Sergio Novo (President) and daughter Kristen Novo (CEO) own the company. Sergio has worked in the construction industry for over 40 years. He is an Auburn Alumni with a degree in mechanical engineering. Kristen has been working and studying under her father for the past 10 years. She is a UCF Alumni with a degree in business management.
