West Hollywood Healthcare & Wellness Centre endeavors to leave a positive impact in the West Hollywood community through our partnerships with surrounding hospitals, physicians, and other various healthcare facilities. By understanding the values of our community our staff is able to provide a comprehensive plan of care that starts before admission and continues through discharge home. Whether home is a house you have lived in for 40 years, a senior community, or an assisted living, our goal is to ensure our patients return to their homes with their families and/or in-home supportive services with education on how to help stop preventable hospitalizations.
