Western Refining is an independent crude oil refiner and marketer of refined products and operates primarily in the Southwestern region of the United States, including Arizona, New Mexico and west Texas. The company s refinery can process more than 108,000 barrels of crude oil per day. In excess of 90 percent of all products produced by Western consist of light transportation fuels, including gasoline, diesel and jet fuels. The company s refinery has approximately 4.3 million barrels of storage capacity. In addition, more than 43,000 barrels per day of product go through its marketing terminal and are loaded into trucks for local and regional deliveries. Western Refining s primary markets are Phoenix, Tucson, Ariz., Albuquerque, N.M., El Paso, Texas, and Juarez, Mexico. Western Refining is headquartered in El Paso, Texas.
