Southard, Jr., M.D. In 2009, Paul Kostuchenko, M.D. Ph.D. purchased the practice and expanded the services offered at Westgate Dermatology and Laser Center, P.A. in order to better serve patients' dermatological, surgical, and aesthetic needs.
