Westover Park Junior High School offers a range of general academic and extracurricular programs to more than 700 students in grades seven and eight. The school conducts classes in English, math, social studies, fine arts and science. It administers the English as a Second Language program. Westover Park Junior High School also provides special and gifted and talented education programs. It encourages parental involvement in children activities and education. The school offers various sports programs, such as volleyball and basketball. Westover Park Junior High School maintains a library, as well as offers food and transportation solutions. It is a part of the Canyon Independent School District.
