Todd & Johnson, L.L.P., is a "boutique" law firm that specializes in estate planning and probate matters. The firm has been in existence in Columbia since 1980 and has limited its practice to matters involving lifetime planning for wealth transfer and administration of trusts and estates both during people's lifetimes and after their deaths. In 2001, Todd & Johnson opened an office in Charleston in order to better serve our clients in the Lowcountry.
