Located in Rochester, N.Y., Wilson Commencement Park is an independent charitable organization that was established in 1984. It serves more than 700 community families annually by offering various services and programs. The organizations services include early child care programs, individualized case management, mentoring and educational programs, mobility counseling and employment. Additionally, it provides supported housing programs for low-income and single-parent families. The organization works in partnership with various organizations, including the Crestwood Children Center, Unity Health, Housing Council, HSBC, Red Cross and Rochester Mental Health Association. Wilson Commencement Park receives funds from a variety of government organizations, private donations and special events.
