Windward Lake Club is an 18-acre swim, racquet and boat club in Alpharette, Ga. Known in real estate circles as an extreme amenity club, Windward Lake Club is a members-only park. It consists of a 100-boat marina; a two-acre aquatic center that includes a spray park, diving well with two diving boards, a zero-depth children s pool and an eight-lane lap pool; and a terraced tennis facility with 20 lighted hard courts. It also offers comprehensive tennis and swim programs that are open to all ages and ability levels. The club s swim team, The Windward Waves, competes in the North Atlanta Swim Association. Each year, Windward Lake Club hosts a number of events, such as tennis tournaments and wine tastings.
