Body Check Health & Fitness is a fitness club located in Winston-Salem, N.C. The club offers racquetball, outdoor tennis courts, basketball, and a variety of aerobic fitness equipment. It provides a variety of class formats and time schedules to suit its client s needs. It provides a free child care center with books, puzzles, music and blocks. Cycling classes offered at the center are designed to accommodate participants with different fitness levels. Body Check Health & Fitness also offers massage therapy and state-of-the-art facility with two fully equipped weight rooms, and a separate room containing a wide selection of cardiovascular equipment. The facility is equipped with six courts, and a racquetball instructor is available to handle the client s needs. It also has a lighted court and a full-time tennis instructor.
