DeMolay is an organization dedicated to preparing young men to lead successful, happy, and productive lives. Basing its approach on timeless principles and practical, hands-on experience, DeMolay opens doors for young men aged 12 to 21 by developing the civic awareness, personal responsibility and leadership skills so vitally needed in society today. DeMolay combines this serious mission with a fun approach that builds important bonds of friendship among members in more than 1,000 chapters worldwide.

DeMolay is a youth leadershipgroup, founded in 1919 for young men age 12-21. It is the premiere leadership organization of its' kind in the world.Teens involved in DeMolay can earn scholarships, recognition and awards. These encourage young men to run for local, state and international office.
State and local competitions in sports, speaking and other activitiesprovide opportunityfor travel and new friendships... and friendships in DeMolay can last a lifetime.
Mentoring of peers, and older membersserving as role models for younger members are what make DeMolay work.
Advisors do simply that advise because the youth truly call the shots in DeMolay. That makes the group unique. It's not the advisors with the lessons to teach - it's what the members learn from their experiences.
Teaching leadership skills by putting young men in charge of their own organization, DeMolay truly puts the youth in control. Young men an their own activities - anything from sports to dances, travel to awards. Favorites are Paintball, Kickball, Swimming - and spending long weekends at their privatelake property in northern Wisconsin.
