Witte Museum is museum that offers various exhibitions on South Texas history, culture and natural science. Located in San Antonio, it offers permanent exhibits that include dinosaur skeletons, cave drawings, wildlife dioramas and live animals. The museum showcases several historic homes including the H-E-B Science Treehouse. It also showcases a wide variety of handicrafts that are locally produced. It is a part of the Association of Science and Technology Centers Passport Program that is a consortium of more than 250 museums throughout the world. It offers a variety of public programs, such as Gallery of Ghosts, Encounter at Panther Cave, Vaquero y Cowboy, 1838: A Moment Between Wars and Noble Lofton, Buffalo Soldier.
