Wizard Answering Service respects your need of privacy and time off. So when we have been given your on-call list we will follow your schedule. We can screen your calls taking messages for non-emergency calls going to the office which will be faxed over the next day or if the call is an emergency, then we will call, email, transfer, or text the proper on-call person. You will be given your own special number to forward your calls into our service. Calls have clarity for both parties.
