For the last 26 years we have been dedicated to the treatment of sleep and pulmonary disorders. As a result of our extensive experience, our center has been established as one of the leaders in the field of clinical sleep disorders and has earned a reputation for maintaining the highest ethical standards. We are a nationally accredited sleep center with the American Academy of Sleep Medicine since the standards began in 2004.
The Sleep Disorders Center of Southwest Florida was established in 1989 and is an Accredited Member Center of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. Dr Martin A. Cohn established the center and retired as it's distinguished Director Emeritus in 2012. Dr. Monica O. Woodward continues it's legacy in the same clinical standards and excellence as her predecessor .
Our facility consists of a medical office with a 4-bedroom sleep laboratory for comfortable patient testing and treatment. Appointments can usually be made within one week. As an accredited Center, we follow all the quality assurance standards of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
