The Family Enrichment Center offers several child care services. It provides academic curriculum for children up to 5 years, as well as serves snacks and afternoon meals. Located in Akron, Ohio, the Family Enrichment Center is a part of the Akron Area YMCA, which is one of the largest providers of nongovernment child care in the community. The Akron Area YMCA is a faith-based, social service health and recreational agency that serves Summit, Medina and Portage counties in Ohio. Its sports activities include basketball, baseball, football, soccer, volleyball and martial arts.
