For more than 130 years, YMCA of Middle Tennessee has been providing community services and programs for men, women and children. Based in Nashville, Tenn., the health club offers a number of programs for children and youth, including swimming, camps, child care, outreach programs and youth sports, to name a few. Additionally, YMCA of Middle Tennessee provides several adults programs, such as water exercise, group fitness, health/fitness, personal training and health support as well as other outreach programs.
