Opened in 2000, Milwaukee s John C. Cudahy YMCA is the first YMCA in the country built specifically to promote the arts. This is a very unique YMCA that offers music, art and theatre programs where others offer fitness and youth sports. It bolsters an outdoor basketball court and an open-all-year outdoor pool. The John C. Cudahy YMCA is a center for field trips and home school students, as well as anyone who would like to learn a new skill and develop some creative 'muscle.' Programs are available for all ages and abilities. The John C. Cudahy YMCA also offers full-day childcare, after school programs and summer day camp.
