Family membership at the Windward Branch of the YMCA of Honolulu includes free baby-sitting services. The facility is located in a residential neighborhood next to Kailua Road, two blocks from Castle Medical Center. Programs at the Windward Branch include fitness programming and personalized training, total fitness assessments, group exercise classes including yoga and tai chi, swimming lessons for all ages and aqua classes for seniors. During times children are not in school the YMCA offers after school, summer fun/day camp and intercession programs. The Windward Branch YMCA s Y s Men & Women s Club provides opportunities for service. The branch features a heated swimming pool, fitness center, meeting rooms, offices, large lanai, fenced back yard and an adjacent heiau.
