The Southeast Family YMCA is a nonprofit organization that features a gymnasium and health and wellness centers. The organization provides a variety of family, teen and youth programs for individuals of all age groups. It offers preschool and before- and after-school child care and summer camp programs. The Southeast Family YMCA provides a nutritional and self-improvement program for overweight children between the ages of 8 and 11. The organization s SilverSneakers fitness program helps to improve balance, posture, coordination, cardio vascular endurance, strength, agility and flexibility in senior citizens. It organizes group exercise classes in yoga, Pilates, cycling, Zumba and cycling. The Southeast Family YMCA is a part of the YMCA of Snohomish County.
