The YMCA at Hazard Center is spread across an area of more than 7,500 square foot. It includes a fitness center and locker rooms. The center conducts personal training and arthritis land-based classes. The YMCA at Hazard Center also provides the GravityGroup exercise sessions. It conducts private yoga instruction and Pilate training classes. The center s facilities are equipped with televisions. The YMCA at Hazard Center s fitness classes maximize posture and functional mobility in participants with Parkinson s disease. It provides assistance with the meditation and progressive relaxation and restorative breathing activities of cancer patients. The center is a part of the Mission Valley YMCA.
