Yoga is not about twisting yourself into a pretzel or standing on your head, but about nurturing your spirit, and freeing your heart. Your body will follow. Yoga is about the journey home. Travel at your own comfortable pace, while being inspired by the accepting community around you. Learn to trust yourself, and know that you are cared for in this space. Pretzels not required.
