Founded in 1896, Youth Villages is a nonprofit organization that provides services to emotionally and behaviorally troubled children and families. It offers in-home residential treatment, foster care and adoption programs. The organization also provides community-based, transitional living and specialized crisis services. It assists clients in daily activities, such as feeding, dressing, learning, communicating and bathing. Its CHOICES program provides intensive family-based services to children and adults with a variety of developmental disabilities.
