The brewery is a part of D.G. Yuengling & Son, which is one of the oldest, family-owned and operated brewing companies in the United States. Founded in 1829, the parent company also operates Yuengling Beer Company and serves wholesalers, retailers and consumers. It distributes beer to Kohler Distributing Company, Shore Point Distributors, Champion Brands, Cone Distributing, St. John's Beverage Company and Gold Coast Beverage Distributing. D.G. Yuengling & Son serves New York, New Jersey, Florida, Pennsylvania and Alabama.
