We feature delicious and healthful a-whole-new-level vegan food, including dehydrated local organic kale chips, gluten-free tabouli with organic millet, inside-out tacos in local organic chard leaves, handcrafted unprocessed condiments and sauces, healthy snacks, lunch specials, organic teas, raw chocolate-walnut-date brownies, mole neat(No-Meat)loaf, made-to-order raw pure cocoa hemp "milk," every weekend. All menu items are crafted by Chef Mya Zeronis, using GMO-free, local, organic ingredients and NO refined sugar, gluten, factory-produced, processed, overly-packaged, textured faux meats or vegetable protein isolates (eg. TVP, seitan) and faux cheeses (unless she makes them). We use biodegradable and/or compostable plant-based PLA plastic cups, lids, straws, clamshell containers and forks and spoons made from trees grown in renewable forests. Monthly reservation-only brunches are served on the second Saturdays. City Dining cards (a pack of 50 discount cards at participating restaurants) are on sale for $10 ($20 value).
